Studio Severini Associati + Partners, was born in the late nineties in Tolentino, in the heart of Italy, with the aim of adding and complementing various professional training and experience, in the field of urban planning, architecture, project management, structural and infrastructural design and planning.
The studio is characterized by the diversification and integration of skills, which has always allowed us a greater "intellectual openness" within the design mechanisms for a greater quality and contemporaneity of the interventions. The design thought of the studio settles on experience, research, on making architecture starting from the thought that there is a close and inseparable relationship between Architecture and Urban Planning, between architecture and the man who inhabits it and makes it alive. In fact, architecture capable of generating order in the urban development of the city seems to be a common thread in the group's experience. For example, the project for the recovery of the Staveco area of Bologna, a strategic area close to the historic center of the city, should be read in this logic, the project of the new directional citadel in Ancona or the redevelopment and implementation of the Pace area in Tolentino, to name a few. In a relatively short period of time, various projects are produced, both for the private market and for the public system: business and commercial centers, health facilities, tourist villages, residential complexes and prestigious villas. The firm's collaborations include the ALITALIA Group (for the project of the new Pilots school center), the LUBE Group (with the construction of the office center), the Ministry of Infrastructures and Public Education, the company PENTHOUSE REAL ESTATE etc. An important collaboration with the GIOMETTI REAL ESTATE group, leader of film distribution, for which a new concept of multiplex has been designed,
The in-depth study of issues relating to collective spaces leads to the collaboration with the FRAU group for the creation of a new collection of seats dedicated to cinema and auditorium which becomes part of the contract catalog of the prestigious company. Also interesting is the recent collaboration with Juventus FC Real Estate for the study of the redevelopment of the Continassa area in Turin for the construction of the Juventus Village.
The group, strong today of twenty years of professional collaboration with various partners and a new generation of professionals, gives life to a complete organization that gathers all the skills necessary for the integrated development of a project.
